1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order design items may require additional processing or production time before dispatch. Estimated lead times for custom items will be communicated at the time of order placement.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery Window: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days across supported delivery locations in India.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your courier tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Locations
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Free shipping promotions or discounts may apply to orders exceeding specific cart totals, as advertised on our website during promotional periods.
We deliver across major pin codes in India. If your delivery address is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Delayed Shipments
Shipment Delays: While we strive to meet the 7 to 14 business day delivery window, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or regulatory checks may occasionally occur.
Damaged Packets: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos or videos of the box and product immediately and contact us within 2 days of delivery as per our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
